By accessing or using the Service, you agree to the collection and use of information as described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Information We Collect
Information You Provide
We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

When you use the Service, we may automatically collect:
- Log data: IP address, browser type, operating system, referring URLs, pages viewed, and access timestamps.
- Device information: hardware model, operating system version, and unique device identifiers.

3. Sharing of Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share your information in the following circumstances:
- Service providers: with third-party vendors who help us operate the Service (e.g., hosting, analytics, email delivery), subject to confidentiality obligations.
- Legal compliance: if required to do so by law, regulation, or valid legal process, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of LP Loop or others.

We do not currently use advertising cookies, third-party tracking pixels, or behavioral analytics tools. If this changes, we will update this policy and provide appropriate notice.
5. Data Retention
We retain personal information for as long as necessary to provide the Service and fulfill the purposes described in this policy, or as required by law. Early access request data is retained until you opt out or request deletion. Session cookies expire after 30 days of inactivity. Document access logs are retained for audit purposes for a period of up to three years.
